April 12, 200917 yr With 75 mage, what would be a good option to train mage via killing monsters? Metals? Avianses? Anything else? What would be a good spell to train with? ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
April 12, 200917 yr I did a lot of my mage training at Irons with Chaos guants and fire strike. Not sure if there are any better places now (I am sure there are) but its about 23k exp/hour there, at least that's what I was averaging. Apparently, my signature was to big.

April 12, 200917 yr Just to warn you, combat magic is about the most expensive way of training magic. But bursting/barraging rock lobsters is a good way as you can get charms for summoning. Also doing what ultimat did is another good way of training magic through combat. The drops can make or break how much you spend though. Pureprayer, you're awesome.

April 12, 200917 yr You could also cast Slayer Dart on DKS Rex, and once you hit 80 cast Claws of Guthix

April 12, 200917 yr Metals aint bad, dunno xp per hour anymore, did it years ago. Bursting is good if you want hp, you get it faster than almost any other training method, except maybe chinning or soul wars. And having 23m hp exp wont hurt you at all, in fact, you'll jump up the ranks :P

April 12, 200917 yr Author Maybe you could alternate between a magic method that makes money and bursting? I don't know any magic that makes money lol. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
