nathanw16 Posted April 13, 2009 Share Posted April 13, 2009 Stats: 72 attack, 70 strength, 70 defence, 87 combat I have 4.2m and don't know what to buy to train combat & slayer (lvl 60). "What to buy" meaning armour, weapons etc. Not sure whether to get a barrows set or what. Any ideas? In Runescape, you don't die from being stabbed with a large sword, however you are knocked unconscious with a blow from a baguette even when wearing a helmet. I think Insanity summed it all up :thumbsup: But if you can't afford a Fury, a Glory is a good replacement. Also a good replacement for a Rune Defender is an Obsidian Shield. The 19 slash bonus from the defender is more worth it. this depends... i got a obby shield myself and yes, i allmost never use it. but it is a wonderfull shield if you want to keep the str bonus but u get hit to much with only a defender... Just get the normal dharok body and legs, glory/fury, whip, rune defender, obbycape/legendcape/skillcape, d boots and a neiti (black mask/slay helm for slayer). I dont need a siggy no moar. Oh gosh I've gotten rune defenders back to back before. So it's really just random- you'll get it pretty quickly.
