Well the actual spots to charge the orbs are closer to catherby than falador but anyways....

 

 

 

You need 30 runes of the type you want to charge, a high enough magic level, and 3 cosmic. Both the water and fire oblisks(however its spelled) are in the taverly dungeon, thats the one just south of taverly and west of falador. You have to run past blackdragons and poison spiders not including all the other inhabitants like blue dragons ect. The fire ob is right next to the black dragons, and the water ob is directly above them. You can see the water ob from the fishing spots on catherby's beach.

 

 

 

Best method is wear whatever equip you need like an anti dragon fire shield, then bring some teleport runes to fally, and finally fill your inventory up with uncharged orbs.

 

 

 

Make sure to take antipoisons for the spiders and the anti dragon fire shield is a must because of two dragon types. Don't forget the runes to cast enchant orb too. Hope that helps :mrgreen:

 

 

 

PS -- An elemental staff WILL work in place of the runes

Running through taverly dungeons at low levels is a BAD thing :)

 

I suggest gathering to make money

 

wf vials at ardy general or if you can get into shilo sell for 12 ea and you sell for like 80 ea?

Make and alch battlestaves.

 

Farming can also net some money.

Mine clay and sell it. Seriously, 100gp a piece, close to instant respawn, 1 mining requirement.
