There are 2 quest requirements in the diary that would prevent the diary from being done at level 3, but I'm wondering if I could just start those quests, but not finish?

 

 

 

Restless ghost.. get a replacement amulet of ghostpeak from that guy.. could i start the quest go get the amulet, drop it right there and ask him for another one and complete that task.

 

 

 

Also, could i start dragon slayer, then obtain an antifire shield from the duke? would that count for the diary?

It should work in both cases. Both of those tasks come before the combat portion of the quest.

I've seen a level 3 teleport to the cabbage patch, so it must be possible. You'll be one of the few =D

Umm...well for the medium tasks theres a requirement that you tele to lumbridge which is 31 mage. That would probably prevent anyone from getting it done at level 3 combat. Unless of course tele tabs work, i dont see how abc's claim is believable.

Don'y you need to COMPLETE the restless ghost to Look through Father Aereck's selection of gravestones? If you do then it will give you 1,125 pray xp making you a lvl 4 .

I think there was a glitch around the release of Lumbridge diary that allowed people to use the assist system for some tasks, because officially you can't. I've tried teleport tablets, ring of life, dieing, home teleporting and teleport-portals in player houses on my skiller, and neither worked. However, I do know someone who has the full ring at level 3... *shrugs*

I saw it about a week after the lumbridge achievement diary =P
