i was wonder what setup i should use while "pieing" at spiritual mages once i get 80 slayer.

 

i was thinging of say a nezzy proselyte top and zamorak robe bottom with a holy symbol in inv for saradomin god item when entering.

 

would this work? would it even be worth it?

Well imo pieing isnt worth it. I pied at 80 slayer and only got 1 pair of boots. I think its a waste of time and would be better to just get the level them camp if you like. But i also frown upon campers. If people see you camping and pieing get ready to get flamed. If you do camp then i suggest you kill the sara sp mages that are getting attacked by other monsters. This will save money on prayer pots.

it will mainly be somthing i do when im bored/get a bad task and dont want to do it right then.

You can also bring your holy wrench (from great brain robbery quest) to give you extra points when you drink a prayer pot. I did the pie thing once, its not bad at all. GL on it! Also, don't let anyone tell you not to pie up, because several people told me not to, but I did it any way and had alot fun doing it! :

Holy wrench isn't the reward of the great brain robbery. Its from rum deal I believe.

is the extra prayer from the mitre worth the loss of accuracy and str? (im 99 att so i dont guess accuracy matters) and id prefer the 11 extra slah bonus of the rune defender, but ive never been there so yea... :oops:

I killed sara mages, that were fighting zamorak beasts so I had to use the unholy book.If you are carefull about their hp you can easily steal a few kills from the other monsters.

If you don't have a trimmed skill cape its best to wear a Cloak. Zammy or Sara cloak will work. If you kill the sara mages you need a sara item. IF you kill the zammy mages kill them in the Zammy area and just wear a holy symbol and drop it once you get in the fortress. Defender would be better for attacking. Prayer bonus will make you stay there longer. Accuracy is always nice to have, I'm 99 attack and i find a defender to still be great. also Barrow gloves would be better if you can get.

It doesn't matter who uses a pie, the only reason your playing is to have fun and hope for some drops. I have used pies before, there is nothing wrong with it.
