Sy_Accursed Posted May 11, 2009 Share Posted May 11, 2009 Most monsters that NEED the mage protect are so weak you can easily do it in armadyl. With fury, bandos boots etc etc whip and godswords easily get you up to the mid to high 100 in slash bonus. I've seen it used to great effect at bloodvelds, infernal mages, jellies and spectres. I've even seen it used at waterfiends, thouy waterfiends are fairly high so there I'd question the stats lose vs the def boost.
