May 14, 200917 yr ok so im wanting to know what whould be the best way for me to do this, Including the inventory setup i should have seeing as i've never had this task before. i was thinking mageing with the slayer dart and i have full mage void to go with it but idk. all in all i need help so thanks.
May 14, 200917 yr wear slayer helm, pros plate and legs, fury(maybe guthix stole?), whip, d boots, warrior or berserker ring, fire cape(if you have, if not Ledgends or Obsidian) and dfs/ anti dragonfire shield. Pray protect from melee and erm.. whip away with whip? Inventory should be prayer pots(4) around 20, then bring 5 sharks, an axe, an emergency teletab, and money to enter the dungeon. May 15, 200917 yr Leaf-Bladed Sword is better then whip for Steals. You would be able to notice it at your levels. At higher levels whip might do a little better, but the LBS has the best one-handed stab bonus and Metal Dragons are weak to stab. May 15, 200917 yr Maging with slayer dart is pretty much faster than melee at your level so you should try that. I would suggest skipping steels as they are really long with bad drops and irons get annoying.
May 15, 200917 yr range them. use emerald bolts (e) to poison the dragon, then switch to broad bolts. You'll notice that the poison damage really helps in the long run. otherwise I suggest you skip them.
