Profitable 99?

Um.. there are ways to make 36.1m in less then a month. Weeks even.

 

I'm aware, having done so myself. But I wouldn't say that there's a way to do so in the method that Lord_Diddy described. More efficient methods of money-making require your constant, full attention (such as runecrafting) and/or do not give you any xp (merchanting). What I'm saying is that you cannot expect to put in minimal effort (or as you described it: train an "AFKable" skill) and end up with a pile of cash in a short amount of time. That would be "quick and easy." There are no reliable, quick and easy money-making methods in RuneScape. There are quick and difficult money-making methods (by "difficult" I usually mean demanding your full, constant attention), or unreliable quick and easy methods (getting a lucky drop), but nothing like fishing for 2 or 3 weeks and end up with level 99 and 36.1m gp.

Sorry for hijacking the thread...How long would powerfishing salmon/trout take from 80-99 fishing? I know it'll cost me a lil over 1mil on the feathers, but the cape is very beautiful =P~

Dang. 300 an hour? If I play 10hr a day thats 3,000. Divide that by 104,000 , thats like 34 days. and I doubt I'll play 10hr a day. Probably get 99 in 2-3months? -.- -.- -.-

 

 

 

2-3 months isn't that much for a 99... If you want a fast 99 then you shouldn't be looking at the ones which are profitable.

From what i hear hunter is quite fast and quite profitable. But AFK it is not.

Whatever you do DONT go all the way to 99 fly fishing. Make sure you do it on monks. You might as well get a cape and 36m cash in the bank while your at it.
