Kinosjourney
Use Tip.it's quest calculator, really nice IMO. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?quest_calc
kdb148
Pretty much any that don't have an actual combat requirement or combat XP reward. Even ones that require killing stuff. Including key ones like Shilo Village and Lost City. Although you'll (probably) need a helper for those. Check out this cool browser gladiator game! RuneAge
^ Just about says it all, but the majority of quests (obviously not all of them) require: "An ability to defend agaisnt mutiple level 40-50-60 ect enemys". or "The ability to be able to a kill a level 40-50-60 ect enemy" You could also try quests such as: The watch tower, or In pyre need, which does not involve any combat situations. tragicdreamz
You could also try quests such as: The watch tower, or In pyre need, which does not involve any combat situations. Watchtower needs 14 mage so cant be done by a lvl 3 I managed 99 qp as a lvl 3 before gaining a cb level trying to beat one small favour. The ones i did are as follows (although I take no responsibility for any mess ups that may occur) Free quests All free quests can be completed by a level 3 EXCEPT for the following: Dragon Slayer Imp Catcher, Restless Ghost, Vampire Slayer, Witches Potion. The members quests I DID manage to complete as a level 3 (although I had 2 attack and 2 range) were as follows: Biohazard Clock Tower Cold War (beware the hidden attack xp bonus here!) Dig Site Druidic Ritual Dwarf Cannon Eagles Peak Elemental Workshop Enlightened Journey The Feud Fishing Contest Gertrudes Cat Golem Hand in the Sand Hazeel Cult Icthlarins Little Helper In Pyre Need Jungle Potion Lost City Lost Tribe Merlins Crystal Monks Friend Murder Mystery Myths of the White Lands Observatory Quest ( although this depends on the constellation you see) Perils of Ice Mountain Plague City Rat Catchers RFD - Starting Out RFD - Dwarf RFD - Pirate Pete RFD - Goblins Sea Slug Sheep Herder Shilo Village Swept Away Tail of Two Cats Tears of Guthix Tourist Trap Tower of Life Tribal Totem. Thats all although I think, an extremely well prepared and lucky level 3 may be able to do One Small Favour but that quest ruined my level 3 status so risk at your peril. Rumours that Shadow of the Storm quest being completed by a level 3 havent been confirmed and a combat xp reward is attached to it. Hope this helps. Happy questing! kdb148
The monsters are low enough of a level in One Small Favour to poison & hide, I think, without risking gaining a combat level. And it's probably the best one to do by far, for the 20k slayer XP. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!

I was referring to quests that require a certain level in atk/def/str/range/mage/pray/summon, or that offer XP in those stats. Having to kill or avoid stuff is certainly not a dealbreaker in being able to do a quest at level 3. The dealbreaker is that many quests that require killing stuff give XP in combat stats as a reward. Check out this cool browser gladiator game! manitstinks
All free quests can be completed by a level 3 EXCEPT for the following: In imp catcher, I usually see beads on the ground after someone killed an imp. Can't a friend help out? In dragon slayer, use recoils and keep eating. I think it can be done.
kdb148
Imp catcher and dragon slayer give you combat XP as a reward. I mean, you can buy the beads for imp catcher on the GE, but finishing the quest will mean you are no longer level 3, since the reward is mage XP. Dragon slayer also gives combat XP as a reward. So it is possible to DO both at level 3, but most who are level 3 will want to stay level 3 after the quest. Check out this cool browser gladiator game! tragicdreamz
The monsters are low enough of a level in One Small Favour to poison & hide, I think, without risking gaining a combat level. And it's probably the best one to do by far, for the 20k slayer XP. I agree that the reward for this quest is certainly a tempter, which is why I spent so long trying to beat it as a level 3. Like I said before it was the quest that caused me to level combat. The Slagilith ( rock monster) in the quest behaves like no other that I have encountered in other quests. Recoils rings dont work on it and Venge other spells are only 25% effective rather than hitting 75% of the damage dealt to you. It also hits regular 13s, posing a slight problem for a 10hp level 3 and it seems to give combat xp far in excess of any damage actually done to it. For example, I gained a range level using opal bolts (e), a lightening bolt struck the slagilith as usual for opal bolts, however, it hit a zero but I still got well above the normal range and hp xp for the strike. Similarly, I tried attacking it using bone Dagger p++ and although i didnt hit it with the dagger I gained greater than 24 attack xp at one time meaning my attack level went to 3 and my combat level to 4. On paper it seems that this monster would be easily manageable but on repeated attempts it was by far the most difficult I have encountered as a level 3. Feel free to try for yourself. I would love to hear how the beast was conquered, but if you plan on staying as a level 3 please heed the warnings.
kdb148
Interesting. I was thinking the best method for killing anything is poison++ ranged weapons. And finding a hiding spot. Might not be possibile on the Slagilith, but it would be worth a couple of tries. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!
tragicdreamz
I have lost count of the number of tries and failures but feel free to have a go yourself. there is a safe spot in the south east corner if you wish to try.......
3hitm4g3u
Use the ingame quest filter and then see which ones say you need to kill something.
