Or is this guy failing at math? 1.2k Slayer Points = 35 Batches of Slayer Dart Runes 35*250 = 8,500 Death Runes 8,500 Deaths = 2.3m Before I started Slaying my bank was about 68m, take 68m and add on 2.3m is just over 70m. Add the rest of the loot which I have gotten and take away the potions I used, my bank is over 75m when I took this picture. Or... Is this guy failing at math? your wording states that the 1.2k points would convert to 75 mil alone.

So, unless you're going to assume he made a grammar mistake, the most logical thing is that he meant the full bank. Nice bank anyway, 8/10
