So I would like to get my attack, strenght and defence to 70 but I'm not sure where to train. Is Soul Wars faster than normal training if I'd get average of 6 zeal per hour? I've heard that Armoured Zombies are very good but aren't they crowded because of that? I don't care about the profit so just what would be the fastest way. And please; no slayer. Stats are on the sig. :

Armoured Zombies are not as crowded as you think.

It depends a fair bit: personally, I find that I get horrible XP from SW and fast, easy XP from Pest Control. Normally I use Slayer, but you could use mossies, and zombied really are not that crowded.

AZ's are much better once you hit 70+ melee stats and 60/70 prayer, so I wouldn't advise them just yet.

 

O and there not very crowded (normally 2 people max, then anyone else automatically hops).

Okay I wont go to the AZ yet. Oh and I'm currently using Rune pl8 so should I buy a barrows chestarmour once I get to 70 def? Which one if I'll train attack and strenght?

IMO do not use barrows unless you absolutely have to, and regular training is not worth barrows. Rune plate is fine especially if you are at Pest Control which is how i got from 70-8 in attack and strength. The novice boat wins almost every time, and is fairly fast xp, if you want even more xp go do stealing creation and get the helmets, they are very handy in pest control.
