Um well. Thats interesting.

I wont have much free time, for a while, to record myself reading this. Sorry. But what is it for? History? I know a few of my friends in "Western Civ." had to read Gilgamesh, along with writing an essay about it. Im assuming you're doing the same?

I don't understand what this has to do with anything, they won't keep you out of the military for not being religious...

I don't have to believe in a God to justify killing someone. I believe in a good, and I believe that in killing some people we move closer to said good.

Well, they apparently move you to "Spiritual Rehab" ,or something, if you fail a survey or test, from what I remember in the article.

This may be a rather "douchey" way to look at religion. But I have a firm belief that we would be so farther than were we are today, more over on a technological stand point, if we didn't have religion holding us back.

I would totally wish religion never existed, except we really don't know how it would affect history. Could have been better or worse.

 

However, I would totally be all for everyone giving up religion right now, though that won't happen.

As I see it religion got us into this mess.
