Today, the girl I asked comes over to the table I'm hanging out at after lunch, and is like, "Prom is so much work!" And she and Dylan proceeded to have a 20 minute conversation about prom.

 

As the bell rings, I turn to and I'm like, "I don't feel sorry for you at all. Just sayin'." Then I left.

My spring break is in April.

 

But it falls on April 20th.

Prom this, prom that... Bleh. I don't know what to do. Stay home, see if my best friend (should I call her that?) is around since she goes to another school, and just chill and hear all about what I miss? Or go find a dress, hear plenty about not having a date or get awkwardly friend asked by the arrangement of one of my friends, deal with their drama, spend money, look nice, hang out at the civic center awkwardly trying to dance (I don't dance.), chill at someone's house after, and get no sleep? I can't decide.

My spring break is next week. :D

I think prom is like April or May up here.

Prom here is April 30. Last year I didn't go, I helped set up for a couple hours but then left for the first of three consecutive weekends revolving around previously mentioned best friend. Last year that wasn't surprising though, she wasn't super obsessed with her boyfriend at the time, didn't have money to drive all over, and didn't have a job. Now I was lucky to have seen her so much this last weekend. I didn't think I'd see her Friday night but she needed me, she cried on my shoulder. But next weekend looks bleak for her being around, she's probably gonna spend a ton of time with her boyfriend.

State testing here is required for graduation. However, if you fail the math exam three times, they don't make you take it again.

 

I think I missed less than five points on the math one.
