The only thing that is available to push air in this house is a fan and the occasional sea breeze.

You should see if you could talk your parents into getting central air/heating.

I don't think the landlord of the apartment complex would allow central air. We do have heating, just nothing to cool down with.

 

Traditional methods of closing the shades and windows before the day gets warm is just fine though.

I'm just being a whiny brat tonight. We could live with out an air conditioner.

I went through a dungeon, took off my pants in freezing cold water, got my ass handed to me by some fearsome khrul, had an assassination attempt on my life, only to find that I can't open the [bleep]ing locked chest at the end.

Don't underestimate the weather of Maine.

It gets up into the 90's/100's during the afternoons up here too. That isn't a luxury only to the south you know.

But damn it does it cold up here. But that's fine, I can deal with cold just fine.

Luxury? I hate the heat. And the cold. Fall/spring are the best times down here for me.

I prefer the cold to the heat, by an incredibly large amount.

I think I've said before, I did read Brave New World, and I liked it. I saved that quote for later use when I read it and periodically read it and ponder.

 

Fourth of July was picnic, spontaneous water fight, chatting, and fireworks.

 

Also, I went to C's house in the morning right away. Nothing happened last night nope.

Oh and her parents let her boyfriend spend the night, just so you know. And the third musketeer ex neighbor girl who was here left this morning, I was so angry at her mom. I could have used someone to be around tonight.
