They are charging them with "conspiracy to commit copyright infringement" among others. Such bullshit.

Well they do commit copyright infringement. Delicious, delicious copyright infringement.

The ones commiting copyright infringement are the ones who upload it. Megaupload does put down links that violate copyright, but you can't really blame them for not keeping up with uploaders. It's like prosecuting the police because there are too many criminals.

But you guys all agreed that Funnyjunk has to keep up with all their users not crediting their content. Why is this different?

I don't even know what Funny Junk is.

It's a site where people post "funny" stuff. Unfortunately a lot of it is stupid or "brony" shit these days. Also the guy who manages it, "Admin" is a complete [wagon]. But it's good for a giggle now and again.

It's one of oc's last stops before it dies.

There isn't usually much political stuff on there which is why I browse it rather than most other sites.

Fff I want steak. I might get shrimp pasta something this weekend though if mom cooks it, which will probably happen if her friend comes.
