Anyways, MC server news: some change to craftbukkit, the plugin manager, core of the whole Bukkit system, has negatively effected the function of Permissions, the plugin which controls who has access to what command. As such permissions won't work until craftbukkit is updated. There's no way to fix it until the craftbukkit devs do their dark sorcery.
