Yeah, it's a good one.

I've been really wanting to get the entire Shinobi series (12 games) and playing through them all, but I haven't had the time. The old Shinobi games are some of the best Sega games from back in the day.

I hate that feeling of "I have to do this myself, nobody else is going to magically take over my body and do it for me". Stupid reality. I want to sleep through the next two days and have magic fix everything. I feel like I'm two years old, wanting so much.

Nah, that would be the only one I would have trouble getting my hands on. I could probably borrow my brothers if I actually wanted to buy the game.

I've always liked really long game sagas.

Shinobi, FF, Mortal Kombat, Sonic, things like that.

I didn't really like the older sonic games. They were just too... I dunno. Easy's not the right word, but that's the closest I can think of. I really liked the 3d ones.

My boxers ripped. I decided to staple them together. I just poked my scrotum with a staple. It scared me.

A grilled cheese sandwich, good ones use gobs of butter so they cook well.

Oh! Last night, when Jessie had a grilled cheese, she was talking about making them the quick way with toast. Reminded me of Dax's toasted cheese sammiches constantly being discussed here, made me feel aged.

Good lord I feel like dying.

Why?

I thought cat hours were over.

Cat hours are NEVEr over

I finished Super Mario 64 yesterday for the 97 quadrillionth time. (Probably more lik 5th or 6th. I [bleep]ing love that game.) I've been casually playing some flash games too.

That reminds me. Any of you played SM74? It's a hack by Lugmillord. It's really good. You should check it out. The missing stars is pretty good too. It has a really different feel. I haven't completed that one yet.

I promise you that it is very worth it.

I think I need a hug, but I'd rather have someone beat me up.

What exactly is wrong? Is it about the speech?

It's the speech, homesickness, and sadness due to the bleak outlook of Halloween weekend. Also, it's midnight, and all these problems are worse at midnight. Every problem gets worse closer to bed.

Same thing happens to me. Night time rolls around and little nagging doubts and feelings get magnified.

On the topic of speeches, I'm in advanced communications in college right now. Honestly I don't see the point of it... its just another speech class with a tiny bit of business writing dashed in, but whatever. Its required for graduation. Anyways, our first speech is a current event presentation where all we have to do is talk about a current event for 5-10 minutes. The class is 2 hours a day, 2 times a week. For the first speech, the class was divided in two, half going one day, the other half going the second. Today was the first day, and out of 10 or so students who had to present, only 5 actually presented anything. Not only that, but the presentations were laughably bad. This is a college course, yet these people were acting like middle schoolers. This one guy gave a rushed and barely understandable speech about how food coloring affects the taste we percieve foods to have, then he played a video that said exactly the same thing he just said. It didn't add anything, because this video was his only source for information. It was a shameless attempt to pad his time.

The magic key to not being nervous at speeches is to realise that no one gives a [bleep] and only a few people will actually be paying attention. Find someone in the audience who is obviously not paying any attention, and focus on them. Imagine everyone else is equally inattentive.

I don't get speech anxiety when I have a speech. I'm only about halfway done outlining my speech, which means I don't know the information, I don't have a powerpoint yet, and I don't have sources cited. I give the speech at 9 AM today technically, and I'm first: not only first of the day, but first to give my 6-8 minute informative speech. It's a terrible situation, and most of it is because of the position I put myself in by procrastinating.

Oh, the sources won't take me long to cite, the professor told us to use the formatting within Word to do them. Every other teacher or professor I've ever had has told us to make our own, using formatting rules. I had a whole textbook on citations for that English course I just finished, and the bat-crazy lady thought we were actually going from the book to make our citations.

I already saw that and Bikdiponabus's playthrough.

I suck at writing speeches. I'm great at rambling. In my last English class, the teacher liked to make us do "speeches" on the spot. I was great at those. For our last speech, it was actually a formal presentation and it was terrible. The act of actually putting my thoughts down in a way that doesn't make me sound retarded is so [bleep]ing annoying.
