I remember I woke up at 8 most days and would text my friends wishing them to have good days at school since it was September. Oh, and both those houses had lovely pools behind them and were on the ocean. The first one rented for ~$10k during peak season, this one ~$8k. Gotta email him the powerpoint, at around 2 AM, that'll be awkward if he notices and judges me.
