And I have a hell hound task now.. My question would be: -is it effective to cannon them, and if it is - is it recommended to drink range potions during it? First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. Lord Diddy Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 In taverly just after the poison spiders there are about 3 hellhound spawns that you can focus on. Just throw on some melee gear and use your cannon as an aid. If you go on a full world it shouldn't be insanely slow. Also you could just range from on of the safespots. There a decent task as long as your prepared. I've also seen a few 120+ people just piety in full prayer gear to speed up the task. halt957 Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 cannon on the bottom tier in the taverly dungeon, very annoying to others, but good xp. and, there is a group of rocks you can safe spot from, so you can just run out once in a sec and refill your cannon. range pots are unnecesary, though, perhaps they will speed up the task if you are ranging it. i have cannoned there a little bit, and seen a lot of people cannon. always go to the lower tier if you are also ranging. good luck : notable drops: 1 ARMADYL HILT, 7 armadyl chestplates, 6 armadyl plateskirts, 4 armadyl helmets, 5 bandos tassets, 5 bandos hilts, 6 bandos boots (one solo from minion, another from ls ftl...), 2 sara swords, 2 steam staves, over 25 shardsBarrows: 1 dragon med, 1 verac helm, 1 verac skirt, 1 verac flail, 1 karil top, 1 dh plate, 1 ahrim's top Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
