June 6, 200917 yr Hi all! Another question from me :P I need to know, which method is quicker to 99 Fletching? Stringing yew longbow (u)'s or cutting and string yew longbows? I am currently 94 Fletching, and want to get it within the week. I can play up to 6 hours a day, on weekends, and just over 2 hours a day (usually less) on weekdays. I don't have the cash to do mage longs, so don't tell me to please. Thank you for all responses! :)
June 6, 200917 yr I believe that since the update where they auto-string themselves? Cutting might be faster now. I believe it is actually faster because you only have to bank half as much. :D

Stringing, on average, takes me 15-20 seconds per inventory, meaning I get through 42 per minute (assuming it takes me 20 seconds). And I have to string 10K yew longbows to get to 95 fletch. That sounds like a long time :| I might go with the cutting and stringing. I used to get through 27 yew logs in about 30 seconds, meaning quicker experience overall.

June 6, 200917 yr I'd say addy arrows averaging 480k exp per hr but costs a hell lot. If you can afford this method i truly envy you. Going in second though is mith bolts with 240k per hr which is way more cost efficient breaking even... June 6, 200917 yr Just cut and string. To annoying waiting for unstrung bows to buy. Also, if you want UBER xp, i would go broad arrows O.o O.O
June 6, 200917 yr Stringing yew longs from 80-99 took me 140 hours. Cutting with SC knife is faster though. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
