Are you self suffcient?

I've really never understood this post, how is killing monsters making money and buying tedious items no being self sufficient?

 

 

 

I mean I'm self sufficient, I do buy the odd thing, but not always.. even if I did buy all my items I am still sufficient because I managed to collect the money for it, I am not gaining from doing nothing.

 

 

 

& is that one of those "America" spellings or did the poster just miss out an "i" in sufficient?

 

Self sufficiency is about collecting your own things, in this case. If you collect your own raw materials you are self sufficient because you are not relying on anybody else to get that stuff. I already said what I will buy, although I forgot about hatchets. I can't make rune yet, so I buy them.

 

 

 

And I think it was an honest mistake missing the i, but maybe not.

 

 

 

and i said i play for fun to and i have fun not bein self suffiecint. from an economic view, it actualy is wrong to be selfsufficient.. grah

 

Again, because this question is asked as "Are you self sufficient?", there can be no wrong answer. Unless you aren't and say you are, or are and say you aren't. If it was asked "Would it benefit to be self efficient?" or something along those lines, your ideas and theories would be relevant.

yeah, and i am giving my opinion of self sufficieny otherwise the thread would look like this:

* not very interesting, so thought would be good to debate if it is 'good" or "bad" to be self sufficient.
