If you cant tell i hate doing quest and only do them if I get a pretty good item or other reward out of it so do i need to do ghost ahoy or not? You'll be running from Varrock center all the way to the farming patch east of Canifis. If you've done DT you can use the Canifis (Karyll?) teleport.
