June 22, 200917 yr I use it for healing at barrows. I can do 20+ chests per trip without using food, only healing with guthans. (I'll be writing a guide on it soon.) 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
June 22, 200917 yr Tanking bandos is silly without guthans. The amount of hp you regain from the set effect is silly. Its usually in the region of 40 to 60 hp per kill (20 to 40 on the mage and the rest on the ranger).
