Most stores have sell 1-5-10-50. Acceleration/speed are at max but the cursor stops on 10.Any idea on how I could increase the distance to 50?

You're trying to sell items?

 

You don't need mousekeys.

 

Just put the item your selling near the bottom of your inventory, so when you right click you're already on "sell 50".

 

Then you just right click left click again and again, or put your settings on one mouse button, then just keep left clicking.

Yes as Zokot mentioned above, when you are selling to a store you are better off just switching your Runescape Settings to "One Mouse Button" and then spam clicking the bottom corner of the item after placing it near the bottom of your inventory. The mouse keys in this case are way slower.

Unless you just use it to "Press 5" instead of having to click. Cuz that noise does seem to get annoying.
