VjuliusT
*Attempts to grind away rust* Trying out a lot of stocks to transition over to larger pieces later on, feedback would be highly appreciated (I'm aware that this style wouldn't work well on larger pieces). ElkNight
I think that smudging looks terrible. Especially on the left side near his body. 8,180WONGTONG IS THE BEST AND IS MORE SUPERIOR THAN ME#1 Wongtong stalker.Im looking for some No Limit soldiers! Shiny
The smudging looks quite out of place, as does the small focal on the large canvas. Right now it really seems half finished. I was wondering if you wanted to do a collaboration, a large piece, with a stock. Go choose one, i'm up for whatever.
obfuscator
I like the smudging until it gets to the guy, then it just looks awkward. "It's not a rest for me, it's a rest for the weights." - Dom Mazzetti

Jason321
I disagree with all of you and think the smudging looks great along with the colours I think there's a good use of effects as well but the render/stock doesn't really fit in. I like it, though, nice job :) Avatar by Unoalexi :: Signature by Skull_Emblem Illumination Graphics :: Click here to download the BeyondGFX resource pack! Soa
I don't mind the smudging, it's just that it's really basic and I've seen it a lot of the time. A stock > smudged, contrast, C4D's > sharpen. Try something like a digi if you have a tablet, vector, or a photomanip. Just some ideas.

Nadril
^True that, Know any good place to learn about photo manipulating? Or is it a better idea learning the hard experimental way? The only real things you need to learn about photo manipulation would probably just be image adjustment. Like, get really pro at using curves and such. It's needed so you can make several images from various light sources all look right together.
