June 29, 200917 yr If you mean an avatar you go: User Control Panel>Profile>Edit Avatar In the box where it asks for a url paste the address of where you picture is uploaded. For example you can use Imageshack to host your picture and then put the direct link it gives you into the url box for your avatar.
