Problem still persists..... Using a proxy does not work. That's because proxies don't cover Java. Someone might have installed a rat or similar on your pc and uses it to bruteforce accounts.

You should also look at the active connections, see if you have any strange activity there.

You have to tell your browser to use a proxy. A normal webpage proxy will not work
