Laura
You share the same IP address as someone else?Such as a sibling that also plays Runescape? Should you have a wireless network, is it closed or open (does it have a password)?

Lordtunkuta
To jaerkd00d: No one else in the house plays runescape. To laura0077: Yes we have an open wireless network.
Laura
I would close it, as someone else may be using your wireless and playing Runescape. Although the chances might be a bit slim.
Smapla
and it's just generally not a good idea to let everyone use your wireless. i believe for example, if they were to buy things online with a stolen credit card you could be held responsible. Look at it like this. Letting other people use your wireless network is about as smart as letting other people use your car and all your identification. Denismage
You should secure your wireless, anything but WPE because having WPE is equal to having no encryption at all.

No way. Most users have no idea how to do this, at least with an open wireless network you can blame it on someone else. Never trust anyone.
