July 13, 200917 yr I'm training my range from 64-70 on slayer tasks that I get. Right now I have to kill 100 mountain trolls. (level 69) I am using full red d'hide. Glory amulet Ring of wealth Dragon boots Rune kite Rune c'bow w/ broad bolts ava's accumulator The thing is....I can't hit! What is going on...it takes forever just to kill 1 little troll. Is it because I am such a low lvl range or what? Somebody please give me some tips on what to do!?!?!?!

July 13, 200917 yr Ah yes, you don't want to range normal trolls because they basically have granite armor (since their generals are the ones which introduced it), which has overly high range defense. Ice trolls are cool, though, do that! Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well.And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. Yes, this means I look exactly like the protagonist of that certain anime that my second character, Faye_V is also named after. Yes, I bought a jacket that also looks like his. No in real life I don't have a slain bear to sling over my shoulders. Yes, I'm that skinny even if I no-life it for years in basements. No, I can't shoot a gun. Yes, I can win any other strategic video game you have never played - because I probably have, ahahaha. And yes, I also have brown eyes, yet one of my eyes looks different from the other. And yes, I'm completely oblivious to the [real] world around me as I constantly engineer new solutions to daily problems in my head. When I get hungry, all that isn't food can wait. There was a guide on truthscape about it, but since that went down I decided to create my version of it. Heres a link needs a little bit of finishing (just in the rewards section), but definitely check it out if your wanting to cannon them. Theres also some safespots in the caves I believe although I haven't seen them since they were first released. Also you'd fair a bit better if you swap red d-hide for blk d-hide or karils or armadyl Dragon boots could be swapped out for Rangers or something else with gd rnage bonus Rune Kite should be swapped for a sheild with better rnage bonuses, I think granite is a bit better or the good old unholy book Thou if you go to cannon ice trolls u'll want to follow the equipment in the guides, but general ranging u wanna drop some of ur gear to ones wid better rnage bonuses. I thought u culd wear ranger boots and granite sheild or unholy book all have no range. Yes he can't use the armours yet as they are all 70, but he is training range and hes at 64 he's gonna hit 70 fairly soon.
