Brews are usually used with super restores to negate the effect. Barbarian potions also heal hitpoins and act as regular 2-dose potions.

Brews are usually used with super restores to negate the effect. Barbarian potions also heal hitpoins and act as regular 2-dose potions. Barbarian mixes do heal (something like 3 hitpoints for mixes that use roe and 6 for mixes that use caviar) with the bonus of being used for whatever their original potion form is for (like super strength), BUT not everything can be made into a mix and they're made from and limited to two doses per vial....but those are still not hitpoints only. You could also use Spicy stews, but those have random +6/-6 stat bonuses, even for the yellow or red types (self-improvement or combat types). July 15, 200917 yr it is much more efficient to use good food (if you aren't using sara brews) then the mixes. http://sign.tip.it/1/2/79/260/essiw.png Retired item crew I would like to be credited as essiw at the website update & corrections forum. Thanks!
July 15, 200917 yr The only reason you would use a mix is if you are potting with Zamorak Brews. Runescape, Funorb, "Mechscape" Videoshttp://www.youtube.com/user/TOMCATLX
July 15, 200917 yr sara brew is the only one. used with restores/super restores to negate its stat drains. also boosts def. its a very useful thing to have when fighting I'm gonna be walking down an alley in varrock, and walka is going to walk up to me in a trench coat and say "psst.. hey man, wanna buy some sara brew"walka92- retired with 99 in attack, strength, defence, health, magic, ranged, prayer and herblore and 137 combat. some day i may return to claim 138 combat, but alas, that time has not yet come
