And I third it :P adding feathers to addy bolts (or mith bolts if you want to lose less cash) are generally accepted as the fastest methods. Broad arrows/bolts/whatever (I don't fletch them lol) can fetch some decent exp also. But I think you need the smoking kills quest to make them if I'm correct.
