Using Melee brawling gloves

I have SC Scimitar I could use. Don't want to lose too much money upon dying.

If you're planning to use on the wilderness, go kill the greater demons or something, not many good spots in wildy, you can try green dragons as well, but you'll most likely get ko'd either ways

axe hut just north east of ardy lever is a popular place, if you hop around a bit you'll find people who are using brawlers too and will generally look after you.

 

But there are plenty of monsters in the wilderness to train on, so just use your head and find a secluded spot.

This. The terrible stats of the SC scimmy will slow down the exp. And i believe that that the brawlers go off the amount of items you hit. So a whip or GS will be ideally. Just get a SC Helm and your best offer, or the best you're willing to spend on, and go train.
