battletrax
Try head cleaning. Go to control panel -> printers -> right click on your printer -> hit properties. I'm not exactly sure where the option is (stopped using epson years ago), but it should be in that menu and pretty easy to find.

jammy316
Sounds like your rollers(or whatever there called :o) are buggered. To be honest, I'd attempt to re-install the drivers incase it could be a simple error within the installation or installation of something else. Chris
Sounds like you've either ran out of ink, or the ink heads are clogged. Try what battletrax said again. Try it a few times as it won't just go away in one go. If you want you can either borrow a cartridge from someone you know and try that or buy a new cartridge and see if it's your ink levels. If not, I suggest you go buy a new printer. Notoriously Trollish.

Mercifull
Have you tried using another cartridge yet? Or cleaned the printer heads? Because of an error in the installation or because your printer was faulty :o. Take it back and get replaced ;) or phone whoever you bought it off up and ask them what can you do about it. Then it could be a driver corruption. Reinstall the printer drivers like Chris said! If you arnt going to bother trying any of the things we suggest to you then i'm not going to try helping anymore... Chris
i don't know how to install drivers Uninstall anything to do with your printer in Add/Remove programs. That'd be anything with Epson on it... Then stick in the disk that you got with the printer and follow the on-screen instructions. It's so seriously simple a 5 year old could do it. Notoriously Trollish.
