August 7, 200916 yr Well I've been playing with a SC Non-Combat Clan for awhile now, and every now and then you get the the person who's ignorant and wants to pk. But I've noticed that they all have daggers, not skimmys or war hammers. Are daggers better in some way?

August 7, 200916 yr If im not mistaken, all the weapons in Stealing Creation have the same bonuses, and people choose the dagger because it is the fastest. Real men get 99 str on cows 8-).

In sc all the weapons are very accurate, and the strength bonus changes very little. I can hit a 34 with a dagger, and a 38 with a scimitar I believe, but the dagger is faster and either the same accuracy or better.

August 7, 200916 yr they all have the same str bonus, but daggers have shortbow rapid speed... the better the weapon, the higher its att bonus... which is pretty useless in SC
August 8, 200916 yr Most people dont wear armour in sc either, thus making the dagger the most effective.
