Completely luckbased. It is possible he got 6 in an hour but the chances are like 1 to 1,000,000

You can give them a split now but you cant really give it all to them unless you want them to follow you around for a long time. And now most people just sell them on the ge instead of looting them

theres a guide on RSOF on this, it says you can get 4 or 5 in an hour in one of the pirate islands(dont remember which one), you should search that guide

Also most people now don't split but give you your max (so up to 60k) if you scout.

 

 

 

Reason being dragon imp jars are expensive on the GE.

You can get 2 per hour on average. With some scouters or a bit of luck it could easily be 6.
