Can someone recommend me a few different blog hosting sites? I've got some good ideas but I want a simple, no-frills sort of blog... Maybe with picture hosting but not much other than text. Not a social network thing like Tumblr/Twitter.

What you're asking for is a fairly narrow category, and tumblr is quite good for it in my opinion - I looked for a blog service for my Le Créateur blog and tumblr catered for what I wanted.

 

 

 

You could try blogspot, it has a fairly simple interface to post images and text, but has a HTML editor for any advanced formatting ;)
