August 16, 200916 yr Nope crush is still needed to do them effectively. If you still wanted to use a whip, you should use a Defender. But the Z Spear, Sara Sword, and even a GS would be better then the whip. And seeing as your max i don't see why it matters to much. August 17, 200916 yr Waterfiends are weak against crush attacks. Zam spears have great crush attack making them really good for Waterfiends. Whips can only attack with Slash therefore go the spear.
