OldJoe Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Hello... Once again. I'm trying to delete the setup program for SopCast (some of you maybe know of it), but it refuses me to do so. The program stopped working a couple of days ago (never happend before) so i thought i'd uninstall it and install it again... But it couldn't be deleted since some files had mysteriously disappeared (i don't know how that happend). It annoys the [bleep] out of me, would this be IRL i'd take a hammer and crush it... But you can't do that... blablabla. I've tried: Unlocker, Dr Delete, Move on boot and of course regular delete. The file is not in use btw. But nothing works... If anyone could tell me how to remove this crap file i'll get you a pint of bitter. Thanks. I can't install it tho, guess i'll create another account and install it there for when i need to use it. And yes, i'm admin. @Denis: If you read my first post you would have seen that i've tried Unlocker. I suppose my question is solved. But if anyone wants to have a go on solving - installing SopCast on my account, be my guest =) When installing it says; Error opening file for writing: C:....SopCast[Caution: Executable File] Options are "abort" "retry" or "ignore". But nothing works. As i said, otherwise i'll just create another account. Thanks.
