Nice goal you have there, here are a couple of comments that I hope will help.

- I would get WC and FM up at the same tiem by cutting anf buring teaks.

- Have you got any charms in your bank already? Using Duradel you will get around 1:1 Summon and Slayer XP, so if you don;t have any already you will have to make up the short fall.

- Whilst the money is reasonable from monks I find the xp to be far too slow, so I would probably do fly or heavy rod fishing instead.

- Everything else looks good to me.

Good luck!

Runecrafting - I'd suggest ZMI for this, unless you're in it solely for profits. You will get 40k+ xp/hr with ZMI.

Mining - I believe SC Pickaxes are only worth the time if mining stars. Might want to stick with a rune pick for Granite.

Firemaking - As said, teaks might be a more viable choice since you're training both Woodcutting & Firemaking.

Is there a How to: guide for ZMI?

Since my return, I have not done it.. or even know what it is :(

ha.

I figured using Clay picks because I dispise Mining and I rather play SC then do mining.

I am also a realist, so if they are NOT worth my time.. I will straight up mine Granite.

You're location for teaks? Is there a spot to burn them right away?

Again, that is new to me..

This is a great woodcutting guide, it will tell you what you need to know about teaks.

I agree with you on the SC picks for mining, I hate the skill and would rather spend my time playing SC, even if it only works out to be 80-90% efficient. Use a skilling only clan for fast games (search for FAST SC on RSOF).

Here's a guide, although it is a year old. You can get the general information from it, and combine that with my suggestions. be sure to check this guide over to get the basics down before reading what I add.

My Inventory

Pouches

Ouriana Teleport Runes (Astral/Law)

Fire Runes (Bank Payment)

Pure Essence

Attire

Mud Staff

SC Melee Chest

SC Melee Legs

Boots of Lightness

Spottier Cape

Barrows Gloves

Glory [4] (Quick Pouch Repairs)

I personally use the Ouriana teleport when ZMI runecrafting. I just teleport as soon as I complete my crafting. Although, in the ZMI world (70 I believe) there will often be players using "Teleport Group - Moonclan". This means you could bank without the rune charge that exists on the ZMI bank, then simply teleport to Ouriana and continue runecrafting. This saves you a spot for an extra pure essence each trip, but if no one uses the Group Teleport you will lose a lot of time. I find it easier just to pay the runes for banking in Ouriana.

I like to use SC Melee armour while ZMI training because it has Rune armour defence and only weighs 2kg per piece. I believe my weight works out to be 0kg when doing ZMI runs, so it is quite a bit more beneficial to use my equipment method. Oddly, you won't see many people doing this. You can also throw on a protection prayer while doing your runs and recharge at Ouriana, but I don't even see a need for this with the SC armour (I'm 47 defence).

I will add that once I have grabbed the items I need for ZMI runs, I like to fill my bank so I can use the "bank entire inventory" option on the bank. This saves quite a bit of time as you can bank all the runes you have crafted with one simple click. Just remember that you will have to withdraw all of your astral/law/fire runes before filling your bank to prevent depositing those when you click (you need them for teleporting/banking payments). I personally just put my extra runes on the GE for maximum price, as they don't usually sell and I can remove them later. I suggest just fletching some unstrung bows to fill your empty bank slots. This method might prove to be difficult for you, though. My bank is almost always within 3 slots of being full, so it is quite easy for me to make 3 bows. I can't imagine filling 100+ slots for this method.

I'm at work, so I can't go too in-depth, but that's generally all I have to add. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I hope the guide in the link at the top of the post explained the basics. Have fun. ::'

Also if your more interested in faster exp for hunter than you can trap red salamanders as they are the best exp til 80, in which case red chinchompas become better exp and money

Hunting 1 chin spawn actually makes the whole "hunting for red sallys until 80 for faster exp" thing come out counter productive as you will only be getting 5k more exp from Salamanders as opposed to chins this way.

------------

As for mining, I am pretty sure you get faster mining exp without the SC picks (if you count the time it took you to get the pickaxe in your calcs, which you always should) The only SC items that are really worth it (or so I have seen said countless times) are Hammers, Knives and possibly Needles. I would just stick with the Rune Pick, get it over with asap and use your SC points for another skill in the future.

Other than that everything else seems tip top.

Apparently, my signature was to big.
