Okay, so i bought a crystal shield from the elves, and used it a little. Now, I have no use for it really. (I am a money waster XD) Am I just out of luck? Instead of being a "new crystal shield", it's a "Crystal Shield (full)".

After you used, it's unsellable. So yes, you've wasted your money. :(

Use it up and sell the seed.

I wouldn't say it's a waste, they are very strong shields while at full, and even when low they aren't exactly weak.

does anyone know where i can find the elf to recharge them?

there are two elves that roam around the elf area. they recharge seeds but they move between a few certain spots. the easiest way to find them is to just stay around the magic trees that are south west of isfador (sp?) and wait for them to spawn/appear there. it should take up to 20 minutes for them to appear if they arent there.

It's Ilfeen that recharges crystal seeds into bows and shields. She's not one of those two. Look at the map of Isafdar and go to one of the spots where she appears.

It is only useful for range defence, or otherwise its a waste. It breaks faster than barrows and doesnt have significant advantage over a dragon square or blessed spirit shield.
