Well I have just come back to the game after a short pause (1 month) because I didn't have any desire to play all that much. But, I am now back into game and fishing monks yet again (I think I am going for 99...)

 

 

 

I want to maximise on earning money as much as possible, and that to me means doing a few side activities, such as herb runs every 12 hours, and MTK every ???

 

 

 

What I am asking, is what is the best strategy to do MTK? I am comfortable having 3/4 on raw fish while the other 1/4 on trees (I enjoy the luck factor behind seeds and how much I could sell them for) But what I don't know is when I should be collecting, boosting up approval rating, etc.

 

 

 

Should I collect every week? fortnight? month?

 

Should I boost up approval ratings every day? Every other day? Every week?

 

 

 

I've tried numerous strategies in the past, but none of them worked because I was either too lazy or pre-occupied. Which is why I am asking here for suggestions on the matter.

In my opinion, you would do best with 10 workers on raw fish and the other 5 (assuming you have done the Royal Trouble quest) on either maples or flax. It's best to raise your approval rating to 100% every day, but if you forget every once in a while (like me) it doesn't make that much of a difference.

 

 

 

Remember to keep at least 750k plus another 75k for every day you think you would forget to check your coffers. Personally, I try to always keep at least 1mil, sometimes 1.5mil, in my coffers. This is because 10% is taken out every day, with the max taken out being 75k.

 

 

 

I don't think it really matters when you collect, as long as you do the above routine. I like to do every two weeks, but that's just me.

Just put 7.5m in and boost your approval every day. Sit back and let the money come in ;D When you collect is up to you, it doesn't really matter. I personally have 10 on raw fish, 4 on coal/flax (whichever is more profitable at the time) and one on maples (I don't like wc but I like nests =P)

Thanks both of you for your responses. I will definitely try to get back to them every day then, and will try out the 2 week system for a while and see how it suits me.

 

I'm guessing if I have a set time to do everything at, that would make the process better right? I don't know how many hours is in between the approval points but getting to it at like 1am every day should work out perfect for my current life style.

FWIW, I go once a week and chop trees / withdraw rewards. I put 525000 back into the coffers every Friday, to replace what was depleted.

I got 15 godbird eggs from it, last time I actually used the kingdom.

i put max workers on flax and the rest on maples... you get way more money this way and you get the extra profit of the nests...

10 maples

5 flax/coal/fish (your preference)

 

Collect each 8 days. Keep 2-3m in coffers (if you manage to collect on time, add up 600k). Don't bother about approval, it really matters only at the moment you collect products.

Do not collect during odd days, you're losing a nest! (Collect 10th/12th/later)
