To spend nothing and make profit you want the resource skills.

Namely Hunter, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining.

Jagex says Farming is a resource skill, but unless u have a stash u need dosh for seeds.

Woodcutting and Fishing are the simplest to amke dosh.

Mining is good espec at higher lvls but slow

Hunter is epic cash if you can do red chins

Yes dosh is a slang word for money, it origins is largely in Italian Mafia culture. But it was quite gladly picked up in American slang and made tis way into british slang as well.

I would say RuneCraft is the best money making skill out there

I've seriously never heard anyone say dosh before so I don't know where you hear that at. Anyways, fishing is very profitable if you go for 99 you'll make roughly 35-40m at monkfish easily. Woodcutting isn't as fast since the best methods make little to no money.

If you're talking money/hour of work then it would have to be farming seeing as it takes around 5 minutes to do a herb run that normally makes 100-150k a herb run. Like everyone else has said if you're looking for pure profit without spending anything to make it then do a resource skill although those are not the fastest, unless you're rune mining.
