Nice win T0, but I wouldn't be getting all upset that Akel is posting on this. I think any other clan would do the same in their position. They felt they were disrespected in a way (personally I think T0 is above having multiclanners) because they feel t0 had a multiclanner. I don't blame them for posting and arguing a point. it was a misunderstanding, hes a friend and he was not part of ck, stop trying to force the autowin when the real victor is so clear.

T0 dominated the war. Their binds kept them hardly from tanking well..It may have been to out massing akel but the mls are close to the same i believe. The proof of hidalgo asking to leave the clan is more than enough proof in my mind. CK has had some troubles and i doubt they are doing much atm thus there mls were outdated and hidalgo didn't get removed - it was an honnest mistake on CK and hidalgos part for not making sure he got off ml.

 

 

 

Akel has their point made and it's not like t0 plans to multi clan or multi clan in the first place..so i really see no damage as they are taking care of it and resolving the problem so it's not about t0 following the rules. If they continued this behavior then yes points should be reducted but as of now the proof looks good to me and should be excused. But we'll let the mods decide.

This reminds me of a rule been broken by lgz when they attacked us first, when we told the mods, they were like "it wouldn't effect the outcome of the war" or with many other clans we have warred that have been going out of bounds for 3 sec or so, a simple rule like that been broken won't kill no one. I see this "follow the rules" thing bs if it's not gonna effect the war. GG

But I'll clear some things up:

 

1. It's irrelevant wheter CK is frozen or not, as long a clan is on the TWR list we expect those members not to be in another clan. Mostly the reason to be frozen is the need for reorganisation, I don't expect members to fight with other clans then.

 

2. There's enough information on this topic to make a decision, we will get back to you asap.

 

 

 

To both clans, we are taking into account all the things posted on this topic, I'm just stating the rules.

Points: True 0wnage 98 - Akeldama 50.

 

 

 

Explanation: The normal points are 198 & 50, however True 0wnage has somebody on their list who is in CK. We have seen your explanation on the topic, but that doesn't change the fact that -clan friend or not- you can't have people from other TWR clans on your ML. We have also evidence to believe Hildalgo301 is still important in CK since he has on their forums the mask of global mod.

 

 

 

It's the job of each clan staff to assure all the people who are in a war are only on 1 TWR clan their memberlist. Otherwise this gives confusion, or a wrong image of the number of people you could pull. We are deducting 100 points of the total score as a punishment.

 

 

 

I'd like to add also, if in the future there are problems like this to ONLY contact a TWR mod and not start arguing on the topic itself.
