Gin_and_Tonic
im similar to you - 78 cb, 60 atk, 50 def, 75 strength, and i too had a similar task earlier today - 170 trolls. I used max defence i could (with a black mask) and went to to area east of the path past the throwing trolls and kill the level 69 ones there. I took a full invent of Swordies and some combat pots and managed the whole task without banking. So you should be alright and if you can, make sure you pray range when running the gauntlet. Zachneap
hmm it seems worth a shot. Thanks.
Gin_and_Tonic
I'd go for it. The only thing i used which you probably don't have a better of is Barrows Gloves. If you can afford Dragon boots, legs, granite plate etc... Use those, if not, rune and cb brace will probably work alright. At most you'll have to bank maybe once, so take a games necklace. ovorette
There are (or were) many, many safe spots for using a halberd in the cave that is just east of the Rock Crabs NE of Relleka. It's a bit of a challenge for the first few minutes, but once they settle down into a non-aggressive mode you can camp for a long time. Drops are very good. Bladewing
The highest concentration of trolls (and therefore the best place to cannon them) is on the RuneScape Official Forums. :ohnoes: How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit

You can pretty much do the same at the south east corner of death plateau and right outside of the troll stronghold camps, each tent is basically a safe spot. But i'd suggest ranging first, so you dont have to worry about getting close to them.
