I am doing Slayer @ Shilo Village and am realizing the Slayer/Summoning exp is close to 1:1.As the Unicorn will make my Slayerin' that more efficient, I figure I might as well get it up before I start going for 99 Slayer.I have loads of cash, 99 mage, and a few hours each day to do what it takes.I rather collect all the charms needed and then train summoning rather then bit by bit. Any idea on the cost? (Burstin' rock lobs <> still the fastest aye?)The time? (got a few hours a day)Are crimsons really the only thing worth using to train? (gold/green seem like a waste and blue i am saving for higher levels) Thanks a lot!If you need more info, post and I will reply ASAP. meb Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 I can't think of any task where using a unicorn would be a huge help. Get 88 as you gather your charms, but don't go out of your way for it. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. D Jay99 Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 The actual summoning is about 6 gp/xp for you (it was 5 gp/xp for me, but I was able to make better pouches and didn't have to save blues).1k Bursts are 1450k, and that gets you ~100k summoning xp. So, if you're going to burst all the charms, it will cost about 20 gp/xp. You need like 3m xp, so you're looking at ~60m total cost. Bursting the charms will take about 50 hours at 600 casts/hour.Use all the charms you get, if you have them anyway they're always worth using. I'm kind of lost on which tasks 88 summoning (there are a lot more where 89 would be more useful) would be any better then 68 or 79.
