You can only setup one cannon at a time. I have no idea about the spirit seed.

October 26, 200916 yr Don't drop the spirit tree seed! It gives a lot of xp, and having it it your bank might be a stimulus to train farming to the level required to use it. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
