what is a good setup for me my lvls are 72attack 70str and 70def without barrows armor

full rune/ granite (granite is VERY expensive though for some1 your level) Dragon scimmy/ whip (if u can afford whip) Dragon boots, regen brace (thats gloves BTW) obby sheild, and obby cape, hope this covers it all :D

glory/str ammy/power ammy

I'd say:

 

Go with the rune plate and legs, neitz or other fremenik helm, rune defender, obby cape, berserker necklace, the obby dagger, d boots, regen bracelet, and if you can afford it - the warrior ring.

Why no Barrows armor?

Probably either too expensive or he hates the degrading; if it hasn't been recommended get a rune defender, it really is one of the best shields of the game.
