Training RC

Hi, I have 67 (almost) runecraft and and am looking to get 75 for the ardy elite diary. Exp is obviously more important than profit for me, but I'd like to avoid sacrificing huge profit for a small exp increase.

 

• I'm currently running deaths in the abyss (using a geyser to recharge glories) with an abyssal lurker. Considering it takes 5-10 seconds to recharge all 28 of my glories would using grahhk be ALOT faster?
  
• If I were to continue abyss RC'ing, should I continue using an abyssal lurker to hold essence? I haven't ever run out of energy, so T-Bird isn't worth it but I'm not sure If I'm overlooking a more useful summon.
  
• If I start using ZMI will I make a decent profit/hr using an ardy cloak 3 (lvl 67 RC)?
  
• How do I go about banking when training ZMI (incase it matters, I don't need any prayer or armour there with 99def/hp)? Some people say use the bank at ZMI, but that involves paying the bank fee 2 or more times with pouches.
  
• Lastly, when banking for ZMI should I use deposit all and withdraw back my pouches, deposit each rune manually, or not bank the runes I make at all?

ZMI would be faster, but ZMI is pretty much always faster. I'd stick with deaths. They're a little faster than nats, I think, and they're much better cash. Most of my sources have told me that ZMI is less efficient than deaths until you have the 75 rc for the giant pouch, but I suppose, lacking personal experience, I can't really vouch much one way or anothe.

Little tip about your last bullet, ZMI banking; you can withdraw your pouches and fill up your bank with junk, that way, when you 'deposit all' you won't deposit your pouches; it's very useful and efficient to do that.

Thanks for the tip Leo, that's a smart trick. Suppose I'll have to go to the tower and life and fill my bank with satchels. Thanks aswell troaccid, there's some varying advice on low levels with ZMI. I also wonder if an ardy cloak helps alot for profit there, I might test it when I get bored.

The prices jump around a lot, but generally speaking, steams are 5k more xp per hour than smoke but run a loss, while smokes profit or break even.

 

Steam runes can get to 45k xp/hr, which ZMI cannot match until the mid-80s.

 

Needless to say, no other method can match steam runes, EXCEPT assist airs after 88 rc.
