You didn't mention any other stats, but since you suggested bandits I'll assume you have a decent defence level, in which case armoured zombies are still best (even with no prayer. Remember you can use a salve). At 90 cb you can't have all to high of combat so maybe stick with some lower level monsters. Try some creatures in the SoS, or you can try doing what i did and start slaying. With such lower prayer though you may have to limit yourself.
