Hey! I'm 56 thieving, and I want 60. I've never done PP before, but I want to try it out. What I am asking is simply:

-What do I wear?

-What do I bring?

-Do I thieve all the rooms?

-Anything else I should know?

Also, what do I keep?

Thanks, Loffe :)

Personally I wear dhide, neitz, boots of lightness and the spotted cape (really should level hunting).

Take 1 anti poison and a small amount of cheap food (I take a bunyip and SGS so I use no food at all).

Only thieve the last 2 rooms you can.

Depending the quests you've done either bank them all using rings of dueling or the bank (requires Contact). After Dealing with ... (can't spell it right) you can sell all bar the gold ones in noted form so its worth holding on to them.

The prayer book from the great brain robbery extremely useless here too.

Hey! I'm 56 thieving, and I want 60. I've never done PP before, but I want to try it out. What I am asking is simply:

-What do I wear? Honestly don't wear really light armor you don't really need it. I wore full rune with helmet and I still had 100% run at the end of the round :P The scarabs and mummys that you might encounter rly annoy you with damage. Specially the scarabs they hit very constant.

-What do I bring? Lockpicks(optional personally I don't they make the doors a tiny tiny tiny tiny bit easier but halve the exp -.-) Antipoisons!!! Make sure they are super.

-Do I thieve all the rooms? No. For you I would only suggest thieving the last two rooms that you can which is room lvl 41 and 51. IF you are still at room 41 when the timer hits halftime make your way out immediately.

-Anything else I should know? Bunyips, bring em they help so much. And enhanced excaliburs.

Also, what do I keep?

Random pottery/ivory/stone/gold items from the urns and chest and sarcho[bleep]us. These can be given to the mummy to recharge your pharohs sceptre or traded in to Simon Templeton after a bit of dialogue between him and the guardian mummy for a decent ammount of gp.

Thanks, Loffe :)

By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest;

Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.

Also dun forget abt blackjacking, it's the fastest till 91, and even after 99, it's still a good option.

I was in the same thing as OP.. Had 56 Theiv and wanted it to 60..

All i did was buy 10 Anti Poisons. 50 Monkfish. I ran through Level 21 and 31 (Stealing from the middle chest) then i Checked Snake and Looted 8-11 Pots in room 41 then quickly the middle got into room 51 did as many as i could.. Sometimes i was short a few sometimes i was up a few. Either way it didn't take more than 2 or 3 hours from 56-60. Even on the low amount of items i had.. All i did was have Boots of Lightness on. Worked fine.
